Spring Open House

  Open House provides new and continuing students the opportunity to see our studios, meet instructors, try a free sample class, watch student and teacher presentations, and have a snack! AIM has an exciting Spring schedule, with many different types of dance and dramatic arts classes.  We invite you to kick off this new session by joining us on Saturday, January 15 th   between 11:00 and 2:00. Dance-A-Thon

Dance! Support Arts in Motion! Have fun! It is time again for our annual Dance-A-Thon.   Students can help raise money for Arts in Motion by getting pledges to sponsor their dancing.   Join   us January 22nd at 1p.m. at Arts in Motion for this fun event.    A wide variety of fun, danceable music will be played and there will be some simple instruction in various styles of dance from Arts in Motion teachers interspersed with free dancing.   Every student who raises at least twenty dollars will receive a gift.   The top five fundraisers will also receive a prize.   Last year the dancers raised almost $1,000!   Dancers will be able to pick up pledge forms in the office or we can send you one in the mail.   Call 450-0188!   The snowdate for this event is January 29th.    

 

Winter Tales

This Fall we expanded our dramatic arts program with a performance workshop called Haunted Happenings.   This workshop culminated in our first original Haunted Studio which had two nights of sold out performances.   Our second performance workshop is called Winter Tales.   This workshop will allow students to create a unique performance celebrating tales from around the world.   The performance will be March 18 & 19 and will include pieces by both dramatic arts and dance students.   Students wishing to participate in the creation of this event should sign up for the Winter Tales performance workshop listed under Dramatic Arts classes.   Please call 450-0188 for more information.
