Mission Statement

Arts In Motion seeks to promote participation in and appreciation of dance, movement and dramatic arts in northeastern Connecticut. It provides the community with opportunities to engage in quality arts education and performance experiences.

Directions to Arts In Motion

Arts In Motion is located near downtown Willimantic in a large manufacturing building formerly known as the

"Electromotive Building ."

The address is 90 South Park Street . The best entrance to Arts In Motion is on Young Street , around the back of the building. To get there from
downtown Willimantic at the intersection of Main and Jackson by the Frog Bridge :

Cross over the bridge and continue going straight on South Street . You will pass a building on your right with a small playground and parking
lot. There is also a big yellow house on the corner. Immediately past the house, take a right turn onto Young Street . Look for a tall
fence around an electrical generator with a green and white sign that says "Arts In Motion." Arrows on the sign indicate the studio entrance
and where to park.
